SitePix – Site Photo Reports (“SitePix” or “the app”) is made by Sitepix. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use the app.
You can use the app without an account, and then everything stays on your iPhone. If you sign in to share reports with your team, we store your reports and photos so your team can see them. We never sell your data, show ads, or track you.
Photos, notes and report details are saved only on your device. Deleting the app deletes them.
When you sign in with Apple, Google or email, we store:
This information is visible only to members of your company. It's stored with Google Firebase (Google Cloud) in the United States and is used only to run the app.
The app asks for camera access to take site photos, and photo library access to pick existing photos and save the ones you take. Only photos you add to a report are used.
Location is used only when you tap the location button in a report or turn on the photo stamp in Settings. The address (and GPS position) is saved in that report and printed on its photos and PDF. If you share reports with your team, they can see it. The app never tracks your location in the background.
When you tap the microphone to speak a note, your speech is turned into text by Apple’s speech recognition. Only the resulting text is saved in your report. SitePix does not record or keep audio.
Company name, contact details and logo you add in Settings are stored on your phone (and with your company if you’re the owner of a team) and printed on your PDFs. Signatures collected in a report are saved with that report.
If you create a share link for a report, a copy of that report (details, notes, photos, checklist, signature and your company details) is stored so anyone with the link can view it. The page records when it was opened and the type of browser, so you can see that your client opened it. Tap Stop sharing to delete the copy; the link then stops working.
If you send a task link, a copy of that task (description, instructions, photo, due date and your company details) is stored so the person you send it to can open it. When they mark it done, the name, note and photos they enter are saved and shown to you. The page records when it was opened and the type of browser. Tap Stop link to delete it.
Projects (site name, address, client) and tasks (description, assignee, due date and before/after photos) are stored on your phone, or with your company when you use team sharing, and are visible only to your team.
Subscriptions are processed by Apple. We never see your payment details. If you own a company, its subscription renewal date is stored with the company so your team members are covered.
PDFs are created on your device. When you share one, you choose where it goes (for example Files, Mail or Messages).
The app has no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking.
You can delete your account at any time in the app: tap the person button › Delete my account. This deletes your account and profile. If you're the only member of a company, the company and all its reports and photos are deleted too. If you leave a company, reports you made stay with that company, because they belong to the company's records; the company owner can delete them.
The app does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
